Hi there.
We are back from a lovely camping trip near Ithaca, NY. It was such a great time full of beautiful waterfall hikes, gorges, campfires, wineries, and amazing blue skies -- each day was perfect for some outdoor livin'.
Of course, it wouldn't have been one of our normal trips without a night-time visit by a curious skunk. Luckily he was just passing through and we were of no real interest to him. Honestly, I want to thank him for allowing me to spend a few days in his neighborhood. It was terrific and I hope to return again in the future.
I'll be posting my regular Daily Ritual post sometime a little later.

I grew up very close to Ithaca and it's completely enchanting. Your photos look just like my memories of camping near the gorges. We'll be camping there in a few weeks and now I'm even more excited!

Ok! So I guess I should have checked the blog before Flickr...These are some beautiful camping photos. I was wondering if you would share which place you camped up there...we're going to Ithaca in August and aren't sure which is the best place to pick. Thanks for all of these-they truly got me inspired and excited for our next camping trip. Best wishes!
