I've got it bad for yogurt pops, people. Luckily they are super easy to make because they are definitely a favorite treat around here lately.
Here's how I've been making them:
2 cups of yogurt (plain, vanilla, whatever I have)
2 or maybe 3 tablespoons of honey
a drizzle of jam (again, whatever I happen to have on hand)
I stir that all together and pop it into my ice cream machine, mixing until thick. After it thickens, I transfer to popsicle molds for a few hours until ready. Very tasty indeed.
More soon,
L.

Yum! Mahiro loves her "ice" (that's what she calls ice cream and popsicle) and I have been thinking about making our own.
Thank you for the timely post!

Where did you find your molds at? We have some bigger ones, but those look like they would be perfect for the Kiddo's little hands.

Do you think it's possible to get a tasty pop if you skip the ice-cream maker step? We have one, but for the life of me, I can never get anything good to come out of it. I'm sort of scared of it now.
