Pure magic and so good for digestion.
Here's how I make mine:
- Peel a piece of fresh ginger root that is about an inch long and slice it thinly
- Add the ginger and 3 cups of water to a pot (this will make two servings)
- Bring the water to a boil then simmer for about ten minutes
- Transfer just the water to a mug and add honey to taste
